When we ship your order you will recieve your personalized shipping number in your email, Then you can click on that number and it will link you to to the status of your shipping on the couriers website. On the couriers website you can customise how you would like your package to be delivered.

Yes before your item alerts that it is shipped please fill out the form and let us know what you would like to change about your order. Then we can change your order and make sure the shipping, item, or price is adjusted. If it is already shipped out then we can not change your order unfortounately.
